On July 2nd between approximately 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM CEST, the LCS platform experienced database issues that resulted in connection errors for both existing and new servers. Over 90% of previously connected servers reconnected immediately after the issue was resolved.
Additional incidents took place between July/03 06:00 PM and July/04 04:00 AM CEST leading to communication breakdowns between the LCS client app and the LCS platform, caused by network and/or LCS platform delays.
The system has since returned back to normal operation and the LCS team is investigating the root cause of these incidents.
